4	Is it possible to receive or send messages automatically?	The possibility of activation of automatic sending and receiving of messages is described in guidance of Person in charge
5	How should one delete/correct sent message?	About deleting of message one should read in the guidance of input statement in “Removal of the message from processing”. About correction one should read also there, in “Processing of messages that were returned from person in charge”
6	How should one point the person that gets messages?	The administrator’s guidance point “Passport data of organization” includes the place where the identifier of the organization which is to receive documents. Address of organization that receives messages is available on the site with pointing of reference to how fill in the passport of enterprise.
7	Is it possible to delete messages (not sent)?	No. They can be excluded from processing or filled with data of another operation.
8	Is it possible to separate the access of operators to messages?	No.
9	What should one do if KFM MF RK does not send confirmation about receiving?	1. Check up that you have the last version of SW install. If the version is not the last, than install it. 2. Check up that notifications have not been downloaded by other application working with the same keys FASTi. If messages are downloaded by other applications, you should organizationally solve the question of use of key FASTi or to regulate time of the reference of each application to server KCIP or to acquire other set of keys. 3. Find out in KCIP whether you had been sent files to subscriber F5307001 and whether notifications have been sent to you. If they have not been sent, in KFM they should realize sending procedure. If messages have been sent, but have not reached to SFM, it is necessary to go to server of KCIP through a plug-in for far-manager which is given with keys FASTi, and to check up that files of type ack1.**.xml are on the server. If they are not there, see point 2, if they are there but cannot be downloaded see point 1. 4. Check up that base was not reinstall and restored from a copy. If these actions took place, than, probably, notifications are received and removed.
10	SW is installed, the first message to KFM is sent, but there is no acknowledgement of receipt. What Is To Be Done?	1. The procedure of receiving notifications is described in guidance of the person in charge in the item "Sending of documents". 2. If after fulfillment of the previous actions there are no answers, you should repeat these actions after the lapse of 10-15 minutes. Messages from server KCIP come some time later.
11	Is it obligatory to have separate place and keys for KFM?	Not obligatory, but it is recommended to exclude the loss of receipts, blocking of simultaneous connection and convenience increase.
12	Is it possible to install SW on one computer (and server end and client)?	Yes, SW can be installed on one computer.
13	Is it possible to install on one computer all modules of client part?	It is functionally possible. Organizationally this issue is solved by the security unit of your organization.
14	Is it possible to install the client module for the responsible person and keys FASTi on different computers or on several computers?	No. Key FASTi is installed on the computer where the module of the person in charge is installed and only from it one can send and receive messages.
15	Is it possible to install several client modules for data entry clerks (on different computers) and get some data entry clerks in SW.	Yes, it is possible.
16	At sending of messages in KFM there is a window with saying: "transport is not initialized". What is adjusted incorrectly?	Keys FASTi are incorrectly registered in settings of the module of the person in charge. The information on this question is stated in the guidance of the manager in the item "Setting of the client application".
17	At sending of messages in KFM there is a window "Error code 751 … Access is forbidden".	Your key is either blocked in KCIP or the connection on it is already opened. Address to KCIP.
18	SW is installed, client module is started, the following message appears: ORA-04063: package body "KFM.PKG_MESSAGES_CFM" has errors. How is it possible to correct it?	Reinstall SW. SW was installed incorrectly. Very often at installation of import.bat session with the base remains open, it remained from execution of install.bat that leads to the further erroneous results. Before repeated installation check up the symbolical set of database. It should be CL8MSWIN1251.
19	SW is installed, client module is started, the following message appears: ORA-12514 : TNS: listener does not currently know about service requested in connect descriptor. How is it possible to correct it?	It is necessary to check up that files tnsnames.ora (both on server, and client machine) include the reference to the same database. For example, if your DB is called SDFO: SDFO = (DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = address_server)(PORT = 1521)) (CONNECT_DATA = (SERVER = DEDICATED) (SERVICE_NAME = SDFO) ) ) , where address_server – ip-address of server or its netname. If OracleXE is installed, than the name of DB will be XE.
20	Why even after the non-obligatory fields are filled in, the check shows the error report.	You should pay attention to those fields which are specified in the report on errors. Probably, there the incorrect symbol is entered, or the quantity of symbols does not correspond to length of field.
21	Please, write the address of the site where the updating will be placed.	Updating are placed on the site and on server of the company
22	Is it possible to be updated till actual version having installed only the last pack of updating or it is necessary to install all updating in the order of their issue?	Updating of version 02-HH for server part (from directory SQL) should be installed in the order of their issue. Updating of version 02-HH for client part (from directory BIN) can be installed from the last pack.
23	I have installed Oracle XE and want to set tnsnames. There is CDFO base there. What should I specify?	Distribution package Oracle XE which is attached to the basic install package, at installation automatically creates base with the name XE. It should be specified in settings tnsnames and in the field "Oracle server" at setting of client modules.
24	What should one do if after changing data about person in charge in administrator’s module, the messages going to KFM have the old data?	The resolution of the given situation is described in the item "Passport data of organization" of the guidance of the manager.
25	Is it possible to change passport data of enterprise and information about person in charge in the sent message?	No. Data on the enterprise and the responsible person should be brought before sending of messages.
26	All updating are installed. The number of version is 2.0.1.1.0. Is it our mistake?	No. It is not your error.
27	SW is installed. The message about lack of some packages appears in the developer at compilation of invalid objects. What to do?	Reinstall SW. After Install.bat and import.bat finish working, check up corresponding log-files on presence of errors.
28	I receive the following: "Memory allotment error 294". How to correct?	The error is connected with shortage of operative memory. It is necessary to increase volume of operative memory, probably, the means of Windows is enough.
29	What alternative ways of messages delivery do we have?	For bank organizations message can be transferred both by means of SW, and XML-file. For other organizations, except the specified ways, it is possible to use the paper carrier sent in KFM MF RК by mail.
30	Error code: 315. Description of error: the message lacks information about sender or addressee How to correct?	Check up, how the fields in window "Passport data" in the module of the manager are filled. Enter the missing information, according to the item "Passport data of organization" of the guidance of the manager.
31	After reinstallation of SW and updating all log files are correct, and at launch of the program I get the error message saying that some packages are not found. What to do?	Check the field "Oracle server" in the window "Settings" of working modules and record in file tnsnames.ora BASE_SFM = (DESCRIPTION = . . . (SERVICE_NAME = BASE_SFM) ) ) If your base is named, for example, BASE_SFM, than the same name should be specified in module settings.
32	How is it possible to delete messages formed for sending?	Actions on delete of messages are described in the guidance of input statement in point “Removal of message from processing”.
